Return & Refund Policy

Retrun

There are no returns, only in case of total damage or major damage we can provide the exchange Policy. The product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund

THERE IS NO REFUND. If there is a major damage or total damage in the product delivered we will replace the product with new one or you can buy another product with the same value of the damaged product. The product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

• During transport vehicle any minor tits and scratches held are not accepted for return and refund .
• Return and Refund decision only taken by Garima Home decor .it will accept or decline it.
