1. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Right to update pricing without prior notice.
• Require advance payment (e.g. 50–60% deposit) to begin production, remaining balance due before shipping currency, accepted payment methods (only bank payments etc. ).

2.Lead Time & Delivery Estimates.

• Production and delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.
• Delivery timelines start after confirmed payment or receipt of approved design/drawing.
• Reserve the right to adjust schedules for unforeseen events

3. Dealing.

Garima Home Decor has right to decided the product is given to specific customer including freight rate or taken freight by them.Dealing of product is only done by communication (watsapp or calling or mail communication) .

4.Force Majeure

Exempt manufacturer liability for delays caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, material shortages, labor issues, government actions, etc.)

5.Cancellation & Changes

Orders are typically non-cancellable once production begins. Cancellations or modifications require written approval.

6.Inspection, Damages & Claims

• Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon delivery, note visible damage on the delivery manifest.
• Claims for defects/damage must be submitted within a defined period ( on time of delivery only), with photographic evidence required.

7.Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

• Ownership of all designs, catalogues, trademarks remains with the company.
• Usage restrictions of website content, brochures, and proprietary materials.

8.Product Variations & Disclaimers

For custom or hand-crafted furniture, disclaimers for slight variations in color, grain, dimensions, and natural imperfections in wood or leather.

9.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.

All disputes are subject to bharatpur rajasthan jurisdiction only.

10.GARIMA HOME DECOR has right to change their terms and policy any time when they want to change.
